Continu your education and level up to IDC Staff Instructor. Refresh your skills and teaching techniques. Attend an IDC as a Staff Instructor in training and experience the IDC “from the other side”. To become a Master Instructor you need to have staffed at least two IDC after becoming an IDC Staff Instructor.
